螺螄湯餃韭菜 100元

螺螄湯味道特別，但不會腥臭，韭菜湯餃不錯吃，約有10顆，配菜口感上除了豆皮是軟的以外，木耳絲、筍絲、花生和大陸A菜口感都是脆脆的，另外還有酸豆角和酸菜添加淡淡的酸味，出餐的湯頭為了符合大眾口味，不會特別酸和辣，喜歡酸辣口感的話可以自行再添加。

醋裡的好像是青椒碎丁

加辣要斟酌，真的很辣
