滷汁微鹹微辣，沒有特別風味，夾帶花生就花生味，夾帶酸菜、酸長豆、滷牛肉就變換成配料的味道，很百搭。

想要酸或辣，桌上有調味料可以自行添加。

附湯是和螺絲粉一樣的湯。
